Meet the Mission Monday – Sara Wells
Sara Wells, Assistant Director of Human Resources for The Glen, helps us #MeetTheMissionMonday! Sara has been with The Glen for 6 years and said she loves her position.
“In HR, I get to recruit and place compassionate employees to ensure the happiness of our residents,” she said. “I am able to build relationships with our employees to ensure they are successful. Although I am not in direct contact with the residents, I feel that I still have a huge impact on their lives (which is what we are all here for).”
