Arriving guests register in the main lodge. This room is our main social gathering area, with the only television and telephone on the property, as well as the infamous puzzle table. The front desk is at one end of this room staffed with personnel to assist you and provide you with all the great things to do and places to visit in the Great North Woods.
The French doors open into the main living room with the comfy Canadian rockers in front of the beautiful large native stone fireplace. The open balcony second floor looks out toward the cathedral ceiling. The room is so large it is impossible to capture the full beauty in one photograph.
The lodge rooms are located off this living room and provide twin or double sleeping accommodation. All have their own private baths.
You can also sit and relax on the front enclosed porch or one of the open and airy side porches. Enjoying the view across the manicured front lawn to the lake and Mt Magalloway. As you watch the many humming Birds come to the flowers and feeders, or our Phoebe family that return every year to nest on the roofs edge. Then there is the yellow bellied sap sucker that keeps his watchful eye on all the large trees that surround the lodge.
